So much has happened in the last few days. I wanted to type stuff daily, but it's too hard getting the time to sit down and do it. So, here's a brief update. I'll type out a more verbose version, when I get home and have time.
Went through Cobh (pronounced Corff), a very nice little town on a hillside, in southern Ireland. Found a cool B&B with a very nice lady named Tracey. The view was breathtaking, and the city quite cozy. Sleeping in Cobh and then going down to a little town called Schull, passing through a lot of interesting little towns on the way. Most of them look alike tho, so... I'll detail it on a map later.
We found another B&B in Schull, that was actually quite crappy. But it made do for a place to sleep, so wtf. Schull was close to a lighthouse tho, which we figured we'd take a look at. Met a funny old american caretaker there. He was pretty cool. He was the guide at the lighthouse. It was very foggy tho, so we drove off to a nearby beach and took a swim while waiting for the fog to clear up. Going back to the lighthouse and seeing everything and talking to him again, was really interesting.
Next stop was Dingle. And the road there happened to be extremely beautiful but also very complicated. Small narrow roads through mountains and rocks and stuff... But we made it. Dinner in Dingle was the best this year, and the B&B was so roomy and comfortable, it instantly became the best on the trip. Also, pubbing with singing and happy people made Dingle the best stop so far.
Today we go to Tipperary (yeah, the one from the song). I might write again there. Sorry for the condensed version today, but I don't have a lot of time. As I said, I'll write a more detailed one when I get back. Tada!
