Just made it back today. Rather a long day. The flight out was pretty nice, the fligth back was not. When we boarded the plane, the captain announced we'd have to sit in there for an hour and a half waiting for clearance to take off... sucked. 10min later he announced we were taking off shortly, so all was well. In the air, capitain-dude told us, weather over Copenhagen was clear blue sky with 23 degrees. 50min later he said it was stormy, torrential rain and lightning. Great. Things change fast around there. The flight was bumpy at best, and while I am generally not scared of flying, this did make my body go rigid a few times. But we made it down safely, and here I am.
Cba to write up a whole item now, so that will have to wait for tomorrow. Just wanted to let everybody know I had a pretty acing trip to Ireland, but that I am home safe once more :) Stay Classy!

So much has happened in the last few days. I wanted to type stuff daily, but it's too hard getting the time to sit down and do it. So, here's a brief update. I'll type out a more verbose version, when I get home and have time.

Chilled pints, green hills, distorted speechpatterns and red headed girls - here I come. Ireland is next up on my summer itinerary, and it looks like it's gonna be pretty nifty. Weather promises lots of sun and high temperatures. While most people might see this as a bonus, for me, it's not always the case. I'll make do, sure. But I always prefer temperatures in the 17-23 celsius range, and slightly clouded. My fair skin doesn't take well to lots of sunlight (I like to think of myself as halv-albino), which was again, blatantly apparent in Sweden (my skin is peeling as we speak). Anyway, I'll be enjoying myself a LOT there I'm sure, despite weather conditions.Â
The plan so far, is to touch down in Dublin, take in the city for two-three days, seeing the local sites and just geeting the feel of the city, before we grab a train southbound, for Cork. There we'll probably rent a car, and drive around the countryside for 3-4 days before we head back to Dublin and catch the plane home, on July 23rd. In between, I'm sure there'll be lots of beautiful sights to see, cool beer to drink, pictures to be taken and perhaps even a bit of singing in the local pubs (sure it's Ireland). I can't wait to hear people talk. Always loved the dialect.
I'll upload pictures and tell you about the trip when I get home again. For now tho, have a splendid week, whatever you are doing. I know I will. Toodle pip!
