An era ends... again

Well it was a shortlived revival for our old pals at Sharereactor. The page that used to be so great, had a brief comeback of about 2months, in which I had the pleasure of modding the series section. However, a hidden agenda was ever lurking in the shadows, and our old pal (or so he would have us believe), SimonMoon, may have had other plans altogether. Yesterday, without warning, the site was put up for auction on some online site marketplace. Price: $15k. Well it was supposed to end on Sunday the 5th of November (remember remember), but apparently it was rushed forward to he could close the sale before we (the users, mods and admins of the page) could create too much commotion. It's really sad to see people consumed by the lust for money really. Simon used to care about SR. I wonder when he decided to fuck everybody over.Â
Final statement fra Maxaiqa can be found here. I can't even access the site anymore. It's just one of those random pages with random links on it now. Damn my speedy DNS updates :)
Middle America, thy name be despair

Most of my days, between the hours 8am and 5pm, are copies of the day before. At least the first few. I wake up, I drink my proteinshake, and I go to work. At work, the first thing I do is usually check up on various message boards, for activity during the night. And I read the Studio Briefings and Celebrity News on IMDB.com (my home away from home). Yeah, I'm well interested in studio activity and the whole Hollywood game, altho most of the news there are either about American Newscast anchors or cancellation of a show. Nothing that interests me much. But I read it anyway. And sometimes I read things that just toss me into a black hole of despair.
-->Warning to Middle Americans<-- Before you read on, know that this is one of the topics I feel pretty heated about, so the language MIGHT be a bit over the top. Just live with it! -->End of Warning<--

Spurred by recent allegations about not making sense, I decided you guys were ready for another little post.Â
October has so far been just about the slowest month for me, blogwise. I guess it's because I now actually work, making it hard to slack off. Also, I'm well tired when I get home. Odd really, as I don't do that much more now, than I did when I was just a student. And of course I was unfortunate and forgot to save the long posts... that kind of threw me off. So let's just say October is unique in this way, and that I'll shape up come November. I should have done a little 'quarterly report' for October, being the month initiating the fourth and final quarter of the first year of Dalif.com... but I forgot, and now it seems a little pointless. I'll prolly do one anyway. Or wait. Who know WHAT I'll do. Am I making sense? Probably not. And that was the purpose of this post. I'm tired.
Did speak to Holden yesterday. Today, tomorrow and the day after has him jumping out of a plane a couple of times a day. Of course he'll be wearing a parachute, but even so. 150mph, 1250feet up... I wouldn't want to, to be honest. But then again, I've never liked the sensation of falling down, as in rollercoasters and stuff like that. Absolutely hate it. But the good news is, he'll be back into his own place down in NC, and hopefully we'll be seeing his witty comments and insightful thoughts here again soon.
Oh, on a final note, the server software has switched from apache to lighttpd... so minor glitches may occur, altho I think we've managed to make the transsition as fluent as possible. When I say we, I of course mean my very dedicated serveradmin, MGB. But if you experience anything, you know where to find me.
Now, ladies and to a certain extent, gentlemen... time for a bit of gaming before some hard earned sleep. Toodle pip
FAIL
