I've recently had a chance - and by chance I do of course mean nearly forced to - eat at both Burger King and McDonalds. Now, both places are hugely popular, and, for some reason, under the false assumption, that their food is good and filling and a good buy for the cash. They are, of course, radically wrong. Advanced Hotelling 1on1

Several times on this blog, have I written about the hotels I've worked at, compared them, reminisced, ranted and raved etc. Things develop over time, of course, and things are taking a new turn in here. Not directly affecting me, it's not something I'm terribly concerned about, but it does make me think back to times, when I was affected.

I guess I'll have to recall a statement made the other day; germans can't understand humor. Ok ok, so I knew it was quite the generalization, and of course I didn't mean to claim every german is as stonefashed as the Berlin Wall. We've had many guests around here, that were nice and humorous people, and of course, I've also met them outside the hotelling business. The contrast between those, and the ones I was on about the other day, however, amuses me.

Getting things working

Quite an eventful day, the fact that I worked yesterday, and again tonight, taken into consideration. I was outside (yes, out in the thing called nature (seperate entry will follow)), and didn't get a whole lot of sleep. So I was grateful that I managed to bring along my laptop to work. Without it, I would've been bored to tears... and probably fallen asleep several times.
