Rancor tipped me off today, about a book that was on sale at the local bookstore. We're counting heavily on entering a homekept diet come Feb 1st, and we've been shopping around (yeah, I deliberately use that term, as there seems to be billions of diet choices these days) for a good one. Low Carb apparently, is the way to roll, so
this book was bought for a mere fifty danish kroner (roughly $8) which was a bargain. On my first quick leafthrough, I found a lot of interesting information. Diagrams of which food items are healthy, which are neutral, and which are to be avoided at all costs. Nothing revolutionary on that front, but it will be interesting to see what a semi-tight scheme can do for us. Of course, we'll be working out as well, doing body toning for some time, before heading back towards the weights. Book certainly lays down a nice guideline. Will be interesting, and course, you'll be able to follow the entire course of the diet right here, on dalif.com !
