When dad called the other night, and asked if he could swing by in ten minutes, alarm bells started ringing like hell. What was he up to. Turns out things weren't quite as I had imagined they would be.

A not so wise man from a pretty funny sitcom once said: “Eggs ARE
eggs, aren't they?” Well he was right. Also, the same applies for
work. Making ends meet in a job you slightly dislike can be a
challenge.

Losing friends is a thing that goes on through life. However, when two of them hook
up, it's not always what the porno movies make it out to be.

The loyal readers of dalif.com will no doubt remember the tragedy that
struck my cousin last year, when the birth of her little baby girl
went haywire, and Abby, as the girl was called, died after a few days
on artificial life support. Well, I am happy to announce that my
cousin gave birth yesterday, the 17th of October, and that
everything went well this time.

Yeah I know there is a LOT of stuff out there about the US elections. Most of it is sound and safe, but a lot of it is confusing and so entangled, you'd have to be a dedicated follower of the elections to really keep up. Once in a while, however, a truly inspiring light shines through, from the deep corners of the internet, and clears things right up. Sure, you don't get long lists of the candidates respective viewpoints or debates or what have we. What you DO get is a ray of hope, that there will indeed be a brighter future. This video was brought to my attention through Digg, and I can't deny, after having watched it quite a few times, it brings a very powerful message through in a very clear and easily understandable way, without sacrificing integrity. And that's not something you see a lot these days.
